Same-day production is not the same as same-day delivery. Transit time depends on the shipping method you choose.
Know What "Same Day" Means Before You Order
DTF timing has several separate stages. A transfer can be produced today, handed to a carrier today, or prepared for pickup today. These outcomes are not interchangeable.
- Same-day production: Your order is printed, cured and quality checked, typically within about 2 hours. This does not describe shipping transit.
- Ships the same day: The completed order is handed to the carrier that day. The delivery date still depends on the service level you select.
- Same-day pickup: The order becomes ready at your selected DTF Town location. Wait for your ready notification before traveling.
What Helps Your Order Move Fastest
- Ready immediately: Files supplied at final size, transparent backgrounds, accepted file types (PNG or PDF), and clear quantities.
- May take longer: Artwork corrections, very large quantities, unsupported files, or unclear sizing.
Rush-Order File Checklist
- Artwork is exported at the exact final print dimensions.
- The background is transparent unless it is intentionally part of the design.
- Raster artwork is high resolution at final size; 300 DPI is preferred.
- Spelling, numbers, names and quantities have been checked.
- Small text, thin lines and isolated details have been inspected at physical size.
- The file is PNG or PDF.
Rush production uses the file you submit. Artwork corrections pause timing.

- We print: Most orders are produced within about 2 hours.
- Ready or shipped: Pickup orders get a ready notification; shipped orders are handed to the carrier the same business day.

Same-Day DTF Transfer FAQs
Does same-day production mean my order arrives today? No. Same-day production describes when your order is produced. Shipping transit is selected separately. Same-day receipt is possible through local pickup.
Is there an order cutoff time? No. There is no daily cutoff time. Most orders are produced within about 2 hours; large or complex orders may take longer.
Can you fix my artwork and still print it today? Artwork corrections add review time and may delay production. Submit final, print-ready files for the fastest turnaround.
Do large orders qualify? Yes, but very large quantities may need more production time. Contact us with your sheet sizes and quantities if timing is critical.
Can I pick up from any DTF Town store? Yes. All seven locations offer local pickup. Select your location at checkout and wait for the ready notification before traveling.
Is there a minimum order? No minimums.
